Arizona publishes a dedicated ABA fee schedule. The Behavioral Health Outpatient schedule this page previously cited holds only H, S and T codes and no ABA CPT codes at all — a reader following that link would have found nothing.
The rate column is headed FFY24 and every row except 97154 TJ carries an internal effective date of 1 October 2024, though the document title says 1 October 2025. The state republished the same figures under a new title.
Place of service 12 (home) pays a premium over all other settings; the figures above are the standard rate.
